Lifting devices with high lifting capacities of 1,000 t or more are part of our manufacture. But we also develop individual solutions with smaller lifting capacities and compact measurements for our customers.
An example is a special solution in the area of lifting devices: A pump manufacturer needed a universal lifting device for a safe and fast installation process and with the aim to fasten and lift impeller shafts in pairs.
We developed a modular solution for the different diameters of the impeller shafts of pumps. Therefore, we used different clamping inserts that are changeable effectively and in the correct position with only a single hand motion and without any tools.
Since delivery, the lifting device is in successful operation. Our customer plans to equip all of his service locations worldwide with our solution.
