We once again met our customer’s expectations with our frame traverse for a mega yacht. Our solutions has a lifting capacity of SWL 4,700 kg and is employed to lift three kinds of vehicles. Mobile crossmembers assure the fastening in different positions.
The frame traverse has the measurements 11,300 x 4,080 mm with a small height of 250 mm. It is entirely made of 1.4571 with edged U-profiles and a sheet thickness of t=15 mm with additional welded bars.
The lifting device completed successful load testing in the presence of our customer and the DNVGL. Afterwards, we tested the weld seams with non-destructive testing. At the moment, we are performing glass bead blasting and the application of corrosion protection before delivery. The Lürssen mega yacht is almost ready for delivery to our customer.
