Our quality management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and guarantees our customers process reliability and flawless product quality.

We strive to develop and manufacture products according to the latest technical standards. To this end, we offer our customers complete solutions with the highest quality standards as a system supplier with the help of our own development department.

Welding is considered a special process according to DIN EN ISO 9001. In order to document compliance with the specifications of the standard for the special process of welding, we meet the comprehensive requirements of DIN EN ISO 3834-2.

In addition, our in-house production control for the manufacture of load-bearing components and kits for steel and aluminum structures is certified in accordance with DIN EN 1090-2 EXC 3 and DIN EN 1090-3 EXC 3.

During an audit conducted by TÜV Nord Systems GmbH, we were able to demonstrate that we meet the quality requirements of DIN 2303 for the manufacture of defense technology products by welding for class Q2 (“special requirements”) and the highest component class BK 1 (“defense technology products with high static or dynamic stress and high safety significance”).

As a manufacturer of pressure equipment and pressure equipment parts, we have been audited and approved in accordance with the AD 2000 HP0 code.

In addition, our production has been certified by DNV and we hold a DNV WELDING WORKSHOP APPROVAL CERTIFICATE (WWA).

We have had our occupational health and safety management system certified by the employers’ liability insurance association on the basis of the “Sicher mit System” (SMS) seal of approval.

Certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 45001 rounds off our occupational health and safety management system and underlines our commitment to the safety and health of our employees and the continuous improvement of our working conditions.

In addition, our employees with personnel responsibility have completed the “Operative Managers – SCC 017” training course with SCC-compliant examination.

Furthermore, we have been successfully certified by TÜV Nord Systems GmbH as a specialist company in accordance with the Water Resources Act (WHG) as part of an audit.
