Feedback of our apprentices during and after training

Finn Oeser

apprentice in his last year of training

“The fact that I was able to work on tasks on my own were a thing I really liked. Even if something went wrong, it was okay. I also enjoyed learning how to use the different machines. From the very start, I was accompanied. Preferences also matter: For example, I wanted to learn more about CNC machining and it was made possible.”

Henrik Knittel

former apprentice
student of mechanical engineering

“I started the apprenticeship to have a technical and hands-on base for my studies of mechanical engineering. The company has a broad scope of services – that way, I got a good impression of the work. As an apprentice, I started with my own assignments from the first day on, and could realize my own ideas.”

Mitten in der Ausbildung: Chris Biere

Chris Biere

apprentice in his second year of training

“I especially appreciate the variety. There are always different tasks and you do not do the same all the time. This way, it never gets boring and I learn a lot. Furthermore, my colleagues are really helpful and open for all my questions.”

Jacob Wilkerling

apprentice in his first year of training

“I started my apprenticeship at Karl Wrede in August and I already feel welcome. I like the work and I am interested of how everything is going to evolve.”
